FITU sells plant-based snack bars and related food products.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that all product descriptions, ingredients, allergen information, nutritional information, prices and images are accurate and up to date.

However, product packaging and information may occasionally change. Customers should always check the product label before consuming the product, especially if they have allergies, intolerances or specific dietary requirements.

Allergen information is provided on the relevant product pages and product packaging. Our products may contain or come into contact with allergens.

4. Food Safety and Allergens

Customers are responsible for reviewing all ingredients, allergen information and product details before placing an order and before consuming any product.

If you have a severe allergy or intolerance, please contact us before placing an order at support@fitubars.com.

FITU is not responsible for allergic reactions or adverse effects where the relevant allergen or ingredient information has been clearly provided, unless required otherwise by applicable law.

5. Orders

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.

After placing an order, you should receive an order confirmation email. This confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of your order.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or limit an order where necessary, including where:

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

FITU does not store full credit or debit card details.

Payment must be received before orders are processed and shipped.

8. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship to countries within the European Union.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, courier service, public holidays or circumstances outside our control.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at support@fitubars.com.

If your order has not arrived within 30 days of purchase, please contact us so we can investigate and help resolve the issue.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.

9. Returns, Cancellations and Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of food products once they have been delivered. This is to ensure food safety and product quality.

This does not affect your statutory rights if your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@fitubars.com.

If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we may be able to cancel it and issue a refund to the original payment method.

10. Damaged, Incorrect or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us at support@fitubars.com within 14 days of delivery.

Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue and clear photos of the product and packaging where relevant.

We will review the issue and, where appropriate, provide a replacement, refund, store credit or another suitable solution in line with applicable consumer law.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or update product details at any time.

If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you and offer a suitable alternative, refund or cancellation where appropriate.
